PROJECT country - Columbia became an EIFL project country in 2011. Public Library Laboratorio del Espiritu, Colombia is one of our Public Library Innovation Programme (PLIP) Phase 2 grantees, which replicate innovative services created in PLIP Phase 1.

Public Library Laboratorio del Espiritu will create links between farmers and farm support agencies to improve farming methods. This project is among 14 public libraries selected to replicate services created in the first phase of EIFL-PLIP. This service replicates Phase 1 service, ‘Communicating Farmers’ service of Public Library No. 296 in Panguipulli, in Chile.
