The EIFL Open Access Programme and the EIFL Licensing Programme will hold a joint webinar to show how to search for and find Open Access e-resources. Dom Mitchell from the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ) and Ronald Snijder from the Directory of Open Access Books (DOAB) will join us to present the respective platforms and answer any questions.

DOAJ is an online directory that indexes and provides access to quality OA peer-reviewed journals. Currently it includes 10,240 OA journals (6,097 of them are searchable at article level) from 136 Countries (1,842,976 OA articles). Dom Mitchell, Community Manager, DOAJ, will provide updates about DOAJ. 

DOAB is an online directory that indexes and provides access to academic OA peer-reviewed books. Currently it includes 2757 OA academic peer-reviewed books from 94 publishers. Ronald Snijder, OAPEN https://www.oapen.org/home Foundation and DOAB, will talk about DOAB.
