PHP and MySQL workshop, Bamako, Mali

As part of the eIFL-FOSS Skills and Tools workshop effort, the Consortium Malien des Bibliothèques (COMBI), in conjunction with the Association Malienne des Utilisateurs des Logiciels Libres (AMULL) and the Reseau Malien de Documentation (REMADOC), has organised a 5-day workshop focusing on upgrading PHP and MySQL skills (a scripting language and FOSS database respectively).
