EIFL works in collaboration with libraries in over 60 developing and transition countries in Africa, Asia, Europe, and Latin America.

EIFL partner countries - countries where we have a formal agreement with the national library consortium. EIFL partner consortia work with all EIFL programmes.  

EIFL project countries - countries in which we work with libraries on specific projects.
