ABOUT THE AGREEMENT
OVERVIEW
Royal Society Publishing offers waived Article Processing Charges (APCs) to corresponding authors from EIFL partner countries when they publish in one of their journals:
- Eight Subscribe to Open (S2O) journals: Biology Letters, Notes and Records, Interface, Interface Focus, Proceedings A. Proceedings B, Philosophical Transactions A, and Philosophical Transactions B
- Two fully open access journals: Open Biology and Royal Society Open Science

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Conditions: the corresponding author must be based in one of the above eligible countries.
The APC waiver for publishing in the two fully open access journals will be automatically applied by the submission system once the country is indicated.
