Tom Olijhoek (DOAJ - Directory of Open Access Journals) and Thomas Mboa (University of Yaoundé II) will emphasise current DORA (Declaration on Research Assessment) developments to advance practical and robust approaches to research assessment, and the role of African open access journals in research assessment. The first part of the webinar will be in English and we will switch to French in the second part.

This is the last in a series of seven webinars for journal editors and publishers in Africa organized by AJOL (African Journals Online), ASSAf (Academy of Science South Africa), DOAJ, EIFL, LIBSENSE and UCT (University of Cape Town).
