EIFL Open Access Programme Manager Iryna Kuchma will speak at the MINERVA Conference and will participate in the MINERVA project consortium meeting, addressing the following topics: 

• Strengthening Research Management and Open Science Capacities of Higher Education Institutions in Moldova and Armenia;
• Open research culture as an important element of the new paradigm for conducting research;
• MINERVA project exploitation, sustainability and impact maximization.
