Iryna Kuchma, EIFL Open access Programme Manager, will be one of the speakers at this meeting to support information sharing and collaboration on open access and open science across Asian countries.

The meeting is organized by COAR (the Confederation of Open Access Repositories) and the All India Shri Shivaji Memorial Society College of Engineering, in conjunction with UNESCO.
