EIFL in Colombia

Colombia became an EIFL project country in 2011, when we awarded a 12-month grant to Public Library Laboratorio del Espiritu for a project to address digital inclusion and rural development by introducing an innovative library service for farmers living in six villages in Colombia’s Antioquia district. The project ended in 2012.
